Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (15g) rainbow confetti sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Gradually sprinkle the vanilla protein powder over the top.

  3. Pour in the vanilla extract and the sugar-free syrup. Mix vigorously for about 30 seconds until the dip has a glossy finish.
  4. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed without over-mixing.
