Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a 12oz or 16oz mason jar, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and sea salt.
- Whisk vigorously with a fork or small whisk until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth like a thick milkshake.
- Add the peanut butter and stir gently, leaving a few streaks if desired for texture.
- Fold in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Ensure all oats are fully submerged in the liquid foundation.
- Seal the container with an airtight lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to hydrate and thicken.
