Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a 12oz or 16oz mason jar, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  2. Whisk vigorously with a fork or small whisk until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth like a thick milkshake.
  3. Add the peanut butter and stir gently, leaving a few streaks if desired for texture.
  4. Fold in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Ensure all oats are fully submerged in the liquid foundation.
  5. Seal the container with an airtight lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to hydrate and thicken.
