Ingredients:

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken completely dry with paper towels to ensure a proper sear.
- Coat the chicken fillets in avocado oil, then toss in the spice rub until evenly covered.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (198°C) and arrange the chicken in a single layer, leaving one inch of space between pieces.
- Cook for 7–10 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Transfer the chicken to a plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes to reach a final internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
