Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Coca-Cola, chilled
  • 2 tbsp cherry syrup
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream, chilled
  • crushed ice, as needed
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass to the brim with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the cherry syrup directly over the ice.
  3. Slowly pour the chilled Coca-Cola into the glass, leaving about half an inch of space at the top, then gently stir once with a long spoon.
  4. Slowly drizzle the heavy cream over the top of the soda, allowing it to naturally marble downward.
  5. Top with maraschino cherries and a mint sprig.
