- 2 medium (200g) ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 6-9 (45g) vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 1 medium (100g) banana, sliced for garnish
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add the cottage cheese, two ripe bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy, with no visible curds remaining.
- Divide a handful of crushed vanilla wafers into the bottom of three jars.
- Spoon the velvety banana mixture over the crumbs, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Top each serving with fresh banana slices and a final sprinkle of crushed wafers.
- Dust with a pinch of cinnamon for aromatic warmth.
