Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (450g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 medium (200g) ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 6-9 (45g) vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 medium (100g) banana, sliced for garnish
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add the cottage cheese, two ripe bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  2. Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy, with no visible curds remaining.
  3. Divide a handful of crushed vanilla wafers into the bottom of three jars.
  4. Spoon the velvety banana mixture over the crumbs, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Top each serving with fresh banana slices and a final sprinkle of crushed wafers.
  6. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon for aromatic warmth.
